 We Want You to Love It 

We are so sorry it did not work out! If you do not love your item from the HiKawan site, we want to make it right.

For any reason you are not happy with our formulation, you have 30 days from your order date to send it back. You will get a full refund of the amount you paid. We just ask that the item is at least 50% full. 

 

How to Return:

Step 1: WhatsApp us. You can reach out to us here.
Step 2: Ship it. Pack the item and send it back to us.
Step 3: Get your refund. We will refund your money straight back to the same card or account you used.

 

Peace of Mind:

If your package goes missing by the courier, we will ship a brand-new package to your door.
If your item breaks on the way to you, we ship a fresh one to you right away. No extra cost.
If we sent you the wrong item, keep it! Or share it with your kawan. You do not need to send it back. It is a gift from us. We will reship the right item to you fast.
